A/V Talent Summit Sponsor Packages

Building on the success of last year's talent summit, which saw over 150 high school students in attendance, we anticipate an even greater turnout and impact this year. Your support will be pivotal in making this event a success, and we are enthusiastic about the visibility and networking opportunities it will offer our partners. We have designed various sponsorship levels to maximize your exposure and engagement with our attendees.

Premier Partner: $3000 (Open)

  • 2 tables for the round-robin session

  • Sponsor signage in all session rooms

  • $500 towards a scholarship
  • Sponsorship of either lunch or breakfast
  • Inclusion of sponsor logos in all communications when inviting participating schools

Gold Partner: $2500 (Open)

  • Sponsor signage in all session rooms
  • Sponsor information on our website
  • $250 towards a scholarship
  • Snack or coffee and refreshments sponsorship
  • Inclusion of sponsor logos in all communications when inviting participating schools

Lanyard Partner: $2000 (Only 1 Available!!) SOLD

  • YOUR logo on all the lanyards handed out to the attendees on Day 1.


Supporting Partner: $800 (Unlimited)

  • 1 table for the round-robin session
  • Sponsor signage in all session rooms
